Our family purchased a hot tub about 10 years ago from Mission Valley Spas. We recently had to replace the spa cover and Mike, who handles their parts and service, did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect. I have gone through many other places to buy chlorine and supplies and will continue to do so. I’m not in the market for a new hot tub, but if I were, I’d make this the first place I’d go. B P My new R7 Bullfrog hot tub was delivered last week. I have had a hot tub in my backyard for almost 20 years now. And this Bullfrog Spa has to be the best there is. I examined several different vessels. It didn’t take me long to decide on Bullfrog. I would say the biggest reason is JetPaks. You can choose from 17 different interchangeable JetPaks. I also learned that Bullfrog’s construction materials, construction and methods are far superior to other vessels. In addition, Bullfrog is produced here in the USA. When I discovered that the Bullfrog was the tub I wanted, I contacted Alan at Mission Valley Spas. At first we emailed back and forth. Alan answered all my questions. Then he invited me to a wet test. I never recommend buying a bathtub without a wet test. Once I got into the Bullfrog tub I was hooked. Alan didn’t have to do anything else. However, he continued to help me by showing me which JetPaks were the most popular and showing me how to combine Jetpaks so that as a whole they complement each other by massaging a different part of the body. He went on to show me the different colors of the tub and exterior colors. He was never pushy or sold me on a more expensive spa. After the wet test, I even had to ask him if he wanted to make money for the down payment. He finally gave me the name of an electrician I could use, as well as the person who would deliver the spa. Tayler of Moore Spas was the delivery service that Mission Valley Spas uses to deliver the tubs. Their communication and detail in the delivery of the tub was fantastic. He told me early on that there was a spa backlog for delivery. He gave me a date and time window when it would be delivered. We texted a few days before delivery and he also let me know exactly when it would arrive. He slid the tub right into our backyard with no problem. Tayler also answered my texts at night after we connected to the spa. The service at Moore Spas was fantastic. Alan recommends Rick Carrillo, an electrician, to wire the spa. The first time Rick came out was to check everything. He noticed that the power cords in the spa were too short. He found a cheap and safe way to connect to our spa. I was very pleased with everything Rick did. He also responded to some of my late night texts when I was just starting out. I still didn’t want to bother the electrician and delivery guy late at night, but still had more questions about start-up and chemicals. Alan also answered my messages after 10pm that night. A few days later I had more questions. Alan came to our home and walked me through all the spa settings and chemicals. The entire experience at Mission Valley Spas was amazing. I encourage anyone looking to purchase a hot tub to do their research and then call Mission Valley Spas. I can’t say how impressed I was with the whole experience from start to finish.
